Contact form. When you send the form, your name, email address, telephone number, the service you chose and your message are sent to us by email through our sending provider. We use them only to answer your enquiry.

Server logs. As with any website visit, your browser sends technical data to the server: IP address, date and time, the address requested, browser type and operating system. This arises from running the site, serves security and fault-finding, and is not linked by us to a person.

Audience measurement. We use Vercel Web Analytics to see which pages are visited. The service works without cookies and recognises visitors by a hash of the incoming request, which expires after 24 hours. Recorded are the time, the page, the referrer, the country, the device type and the browser — but nothing that would allow your path across other websites to be traced.

Nothing else. We use no advertising or tracking technologies. This website sets no cookies — see our cookie policy.

We process your data in order to:

• answer your enquiry and discuss a possible building project with you
• provide this website and run it securely

If you write to us about a project, we process your details on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering a contract). Server logs are processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in a secure and functioning website.

We keep your email and the correspondence about it for as long as your enquiry requires, and thereafter for [period, e.g. 24 months] as a record. Where a contract is concluded, the statutory retention periods of Luxembourg commercial law, of ten years, apply. Server logs are deleted automatically after a short time.

• Vercel Inc. (USA): operation of the servers this website runs on, and the Vercel Web Analytics audience measurement. Processor under Art. 28 GDPR.
• Sanity (Sanity.io / Sanity AS, Norway): the editorial system holding this site's text and images. It processes no visitor data; images may, however, be served directly to your browser by Sanity's CDN, in which case your IP address is transmitted as a technical necessity.
• Resend (Resend, Inc., USA): sending the email that arises from the contact form, processed in the EU region (Ireland). Processor under Art. 28 GDPR.
• Your own email provider and ours, when you write to us.

We do not sell data and do not pass it on for advertising purposes.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, as well as the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests. An informal message to rolfbau@pt.lu is enough.

If you believe we are not processing your data lawfully, you may complain to the Luxembourg supervisory authority:
